Transformation rarely happens in isolation. Most of us can see only so far into our own blind spots, carry only so much before we need to set something down, and stay accountable only so long without someone walking beside us. Support isn't a sign that something is wrong with you — it's often the exact thing that makes change possible.
Coaching is one form of that support. It might not be the only one you need. But learning to ask for help, and to receive it, is sometimes the most important part of the work itself.

The shifts that happen in this work can be sudden and surprising. Clients often leave a session having connected something they'd never connected before — a pattern that finally has a name, a truth they'd been circling for years without being able to say it out loud.

That kind of clarity can change everything, even in a first session. The transformation itself tends to take root in between — in the quiet moments when something settles, a decision becomes easier, or you notice yourself responding differently than you used to. This isn't about becoming someone new. It's about remembering who you already are.

Your Coaching Experience

what to expect

Before anything else, we start with a Sample Coaching Session — a real coaching conversation, not a sales call. It's a chance for you to experience the work firsthand and decide, without any pressure, whether this feels right for you.

If you choose to move forward, your first session as a client is a 90-minute Foundations Session — where we deliberately design the relationship together. You'll learn what you need from this partnership for it to work for you, and establish that you can ask for changes at any time. It's the beginning of something that's built around you, not a template.

From there, sessions are held via video, and we find a rhythm and cadence that fits your life.
